We begin with a fitness screening and consultation via zoom. We will discuss and establish a clear 12-week goal.
Once I understand your strengths, challenges, and personal goals, I will put together a personalized program for you.
Then we start with one lesson per week, in which I teach you this program. Our sessions will be focused on precise alignment, movement skills, and function. I will continuously monitor your form and progress.
Between our weekly sessions, you will have unlimited access to me for questions via email.
There will be a final reassessment at the end of the 12-week program, to see how far we've come over the 12-week program.
This is definitely a big commitment but I believe that nurturing yourself while nurturing others can provide the much-needed balance for body, mind, and spirit.
